According to Healthline, yoga can help manage stress and anxiety, builds strength and flexibility, improve mental. health and quality of life, Doing yoga regularly may also boost immunity, improve cardiovascular functioning, sleep, self esteem and bone health. I guess the real question is, why not yoga!

Reiki and yoga can be helpful complementary therapies for stress and anxiety in youth and adults. Reiki can help to promote relaxation and reduce stress, while yoga can help to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Both Reiki and yoga can also help to improve mood and overall well-being.
